Baotou Outdoor Music Festival Stage Project: On-Site Construction

This Baotou Outdoor Music Festival Stage Project was completed for the 2026 Xingye Luming Music Festival at Saihantala City Grassland in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. The two-day outdoor event brought live music, large audiences and a full festival atmosphere to one of the city’s most distinctive open-air locations.

Our team carried out the on-site stage structure installation before the event. The work included organizing the main structural components, completing the stage build in sequence and coordinating the construction process for an outdoor festival environment.

For a large outdoor music event, the construction schedule must allow enough time for structural assembly, platform arrangement, production coordination and final safety checks.
