Aluminum Star Spigot Truss Assembly for Stage Lighting and Event Displays

Factory Assembly of a Custom Aluminum Star Spigot Truss

This factory video shows the complete assembly process of a custom aluminum star spigot truss for stage lighting and event displays. The finished structure uses multiple aluminum truss sections to create a three-dimensional star shape, making it suitable for concerts, exhibitions, celebrations, themed event entrances and decorative lighting installations.

Before assembly, our team prepares the straight truss sections, shaped components, conical spigots, pins and connection accessories on the factory floor. Each section is positioned according to the approved star layout so that the connection directions, angles and supporting points can be checked clearly before the structure is raised.

The assembly begins from the lower star points and central connection area. Our technicians align each aluminum truss section, insert the spigots and secure the pins step by step. This modular connection method allows the structure to be assembled efficiently while keeping every joint accessible for inspection. For compatible standard sections and connection options, please see our aluminum spigot truss systems.

After the main star outline is completed, the team carefully lifts the structure into position and installs the remaining upper sections, diagonal members and support bases. The video shows why the sequence matters: the frame must stay stable during lifting, while the star points and central joints are kept aligned to achieve a clean, symmetrical final appearance.

The final stage is a full connection and stability check. Our team confirms that each pin is properly seated, each truss section is aligned, and the support arrangement is suitable for the approved installation plan. ENO Stage can customize the overall size, truss profile, finish, connection type and structural layout for different event concepts.
