Heavy Duty Aluminum Truss Roof Assembly and Lifting Demonstration

This heavy duty aluminum truss roof 3D animation illustrates how the main roof grid, support towers and curved roof covering fit together. It follows the structure from individual base components through low-level assembly to the raised roof, with close-up views of selected connections. The presentation ends with the completed system shown in a stadium setting.

The opening sequence shows a forklift positioning a base assembly, followed by the tower sleeve and adjoining truss sections. Longitudinal and transverse beams are arranged into a rectangular grid near ground level. Tower sections are then assembled horizontally and pivoted upright, while detail views show the connection areas and lifting components around the towers.

With the towers upright, additional beams are inserted within the main grid. Upright roof supports, curved members and crosspieces are added above it to form the roof profile. Close-ups show how these members meet, followed by diagonal bracing and the roof covering. Keeping this part of the animation at low level makes the relationship between the main trusses and the upper roof framework easy to follow.

The heavy duty aluminum truss roof is then shown rising along the support towers. Later views illustrate the base outriggers, diagonal tower supports and ballast blocks, followed by connection details beneath the raised roof and along its edge. These animated views help customers discuss the system layout and assembly concept with our team; the sequence is a visual overview rather than a site-specific installation procedure.
