Ringlock Scaffolding Roof Tent Test Assembly in Our Factory

This video shows a factory test assembly of a ringlock scaffolding roof tent with a single-slope roof structure. Before delivery or project use, our team assembles the main frame inside the workshop to check the connection method, roof angle, bracing layout, and PVC cover fitting.

This ringlock scaffolding roof tent setup also helps customers see the real frame shape before packing, especially when the structure will be used for outdoor events, temporary covered areas, or music festival support zones.

The structure is built with ringlock scaffolding components, including vertical standards, horizontal ledgers, diagonal braces, working platforms, and roof support parts. During the setup, workers follow the installation sequence step by step, so the frame can be checked before it is used for an outdoor event, temporary venue, or covered working area.

For this type of single-slope roof tent, the roof direction, side height, support spacing, and bracing position all need to be arranged clearly. The black PVC cover is fitted after the frame is standing, helping the team confirm the roof shape, fabric tension, edge fixing, and drainage direction before final packing.

Factory test assembly is useful for customized scaffolding tent structures because small details can be corrected before the product leaves the workshop. It also helps customers understand how the system is connected, dismantled, packed, and reused for different event sites.
