Aluminium Mobile Scaffolding Factory Assembly Process

This aluminium mobile scaffolding assembly video shows our workers building a movable scaffold tower inside the ENO Stage factory. The video starts from loose aluminum frame parts and continues through the main frame setup, platform installation, diagonal bracing, guardrail checking, and caster wheel positioning.

During the assembly, the team connects the vertical frames and horizontal sections first, then adds platform boards and braces to make the tower stable. This kind of factory setup helps us check whether the parts match correctly before packing or delivery.

Aluminium mobile scaffolding is often used for warehouse maintenance, lighting work, stage setup, truss installation, event preparation, and temporary access work. Compared with fixed structures, the tower can be moved more easily because it uses lockable caster wheels at the base.

After the main tower is standing, workers continue checking the guardrails, platform position, wheel direction, and overall frame balance. These details are important for daily use, especially when the scaffolding is repeatedly assembled, moved, dismantled, and stored.
