Modular Stage Platform Installation Process

This modular stage platform installation video shows how our factory team assembles the platform step by step. The process includes adjusting the telescopic legs, installing the horizontal braces and diagonal supports, connecting the stage sections, and positioning the stage decks.

Before joining the stage platforms, the workers adjust each telescopic leg to the required height. This adjustable aluminum stage system uses horizontal braces and diagonal supports between the legs to strengthen the supporting frame and maintain stability during assembly.

The next step in the modular stage platform installation is connecting the individual aluminum frames. Each section is carefully positioned beside the previous platform so that the supporting legs, braces and platform edges remain properly aligned.

After the supporting structure is complete, the red stage decks are placed onto the aluminum frames. The adjoining deck edges are aligned and the connection points are secured to create a flat and continuous performance surface.

The completed platform can be configured in different sizes and heights for concerts, music festivals, exhibitions, corporate events and temporary outdoor productions. This modular design makes portable stage installation, dismantling, transportation and storage more efficient for event companies.
