Stage Truss Workshop Tour: Daily Factory Production Walkthrough
Busy Welding Line in Aluminum Truss Manufacturing Workshop
At first glance, the welding production line comes into view. This is our factory’s everyday rhythm—busy, precise, and consistent. The constant movement of skilled workers is a clear reflection that orders are flowing in steadily, keeping the workshop active and fully engaged in production.
Heavy-Duty Aluminum Trusses with Pin-Style Connectors on Production Line
On the production line, various aluminum trusses and connector parts are assembled, with a focus here on heavy-duty aluminum trusses featuring pin-style connections. While bolt-style connections are also used, these heavy-duty trusses employ high-precision pins for faster, safer assembly. Made from reinforced aluminum alloy, they are lighter than steel yet strong enough to support large stage equipment and lighting systems. The pin connections streamline installation, reducing the need for bolts, while the corrosion-resistant aluminum surface ensures long-term durability. With high load capacity and stable structure, these trusses guarantee the safety and reliability of stages and equipment.
Precision Welding and Structural Consistency of Aluminum Spigot Trusses
You might wonder how two aluminum spigot trusses can be precisely connected to form a column or a horizontal beam. In the image, you can see that during welding, the eight spigot sockets on both sides are positioned at fixed locations, secured in place, and then inserted into the aluminum tube for welding. In this way, all product parameters are locked in during the welding process. As a result, every unit is produced with identical specifications and virtually no deviation. The smaller the dimensional tolerance, the stronger, more stable, and safer the stage truss system becomes, with greater resistance to load, gravity, and wind forces. The entire column or beam behaves as a single integrated structure.
Final Packaging Area for Aluminum Truss Components
This is our finished product packaging area. Component-type parts are wrapped and secured using PE stretch film for proper protection. Before packaging, each item must go through inspection and weld joint finishing. This process has been introduced in previous articles.

Mobile Accessory Cart for Aluminum Truss Installation Components
This product is designed for storing installation accessories. It is equipped with four swivel caster wheels at each corner for easy mobility. All the components required for truss installation are placed in this cart, and it is shipped together with the container to customers as a complete set.
Indoor Warehouse Storage Area for Stage Equipment and Export Packaging
This is our indoor warehouse area. Items wrapped with PE stretch film are prepared for overseas shipment. Here you can also see the heavy-duty aluminum spigot trusses we mentioned earlier, as well as a large quantity of stage decks. In addition, there is a dedicated LED screen movable transportation frame, designed for handling LED panels. This LED screen movable transport frame can carry up to 18 LED display panels. This is one of our new products. You are welcome to contact us for inquiries.
Outdoor Storage Yard for Stage Truss and Heavy-Duty Lifting Systems
This is our outdoor storage yard. We have three outdoor storage yards in total, and this is the smallest one. The outdoor yard is mainly used to store locally rented aluminum trusses, as well as heavy-duty steel trusses prepared for domestic sales. The heavy-duty steel trusses are typically used with an electric hydraulic lifting system. A detailed introduction is available in the video section of our website: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-fl_nVrhn54. This system is mainly used for main stages at concerts. It allows for fast installation and dismantling while offering high load-bearing capacity. It is currently one of our premium flagship products: Electric Cylinder Lifting System Truss.
