Outdoor Event Tent Installation Before Shipment

Before shipment, our team completed an outdoor event tent installation and factory test assembly using the actual components prepared for the customer’s project. During the test assembly, we check the tent structure, frame connections, component matching, dimensions, and overall installation to make sure the finished outdoor event tent system matches the confirmed project requirements.

The complete outdoor event tent installation process is recorded by video and shared with the customer for confirmation. This allows the customer’s team to see the actual assembly sequence, connection details, and finished tent structure before shipment.

After the test assembly, quality inspection, and customer confirmation are completed, our team dismantles the tent structure and organizes all components for packing and event tent container loading.
