Aluminum Truss and Ringlock Stage Scaffolding Container Loading Video
This loading video shows a mixed shipment of aluminum stage truss, ringlock stage scaffolding, and related stage accessories before export delivery.
At the beginning of the loading process, the container was still empty. The aluminum truss sections were loaded first. Because the large truss sections have open space inside, smaller truss pieces and accessories can be placed into the hollow area to save container space. This helps the truss products fit closely together and makes better use of the available space.
The ringlock stage scaffolding is different from aluminum truss. It is made of steel and much heavier, so it has to be loaded frame by frame. The loading position is not as flexible as aluminum truss, and the container space must be arranged carefully during the whole loading process.
This shipment also includes truss accessories and a small quantity of artificial turf purchased together for the customer. Some accessories, including spigot truss sleeves, pins, bolts, connectors, cross beams, and base plates, were packed inside the truss space where possible to improve loading efficiency.
