Heavy Duty Electric Cylinder Lifting Truss System

This video shows the Electric Cylinder Lifting Truss System developed for large concert stages and heavy-duty event roof structures. Unlike conventional lifting methods, the system uses synchronized electric cylinders to raise the main truss structure from a low working position.

During installation, the main roof truss can be assembled closer to ground level before the complete structure is lifted. This provides a practical solution for installing large truss sections and preparing lighting, LED screens, audio equipment and other production systems used in large-scale concerts and outdoor events.

The heavy duty lifting truss system uses a modular structural design with steel main trusses and support columns. The structure can be dismantled for transportation and configured according to project dimensions, loading requirements and site conditions.

Before delivery and project use, ENO Stage carries out test assembly and structural inspection according to the system configuration. For heavy-duty projects, loading performance and lifting synchronization are important parts of the engineering and testing process.
