Large-Span, Heavy-Load Structure

The 8th Perfect Kids Model Competition, hosted by the IPA Model Committee, was a premier national children’s model event held in a high-end indoor venue. As a showcase for young modeling talent, this grand competition required a stage structure that balanced elegant aesthetics, safe heavy-load capacity, and seamless compatibility with live broadcasts and professional photography—all while creating an open, glamorous runway experience for young contestants.

Our Large-Span, Heavy-Load Structure was the ideal backbone for this children’s model competition. Crafted from high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, it delivered a maximum load capacity of up to 600kg/m², reliably supporting overhead lighting rigs, large backdrop LED screens, and decorative stage elements. The large-span design eliminated intermediate support columns, creating a completely unobstructed runway that let young models walk with confidence and allowed photographers to capture full-body shots from every angle.

The modular truss framework was customized to fit the venue’s layout, with a wide, clear runway at its core—perfect for group parades, individual catwalks, and award ceremonies. The clean, minimalist truss lines complemented the elegant fashion aesthetic of the children’s wear, while the robust structure ensured safe operation even during high-energy group performances. The open-span design also accommodated multiple camera positions for live streaming, letting audiences at home enjoy the same immersive viewing experience as those on-site.
