Stage Construction Process for Zhuang Xinyan’s 2024 Tour (Jiaozuo Stop)
The Jiaozuo Stop of Zhuang Xinyan’s 2024 tour was all about bringing her heartfelt live music to fans in the Henan region. To make sure every note hit the stage as planned, we started with a detailed on-site survey, mapping out the venue’s load limits and space layout. The goal was simple: build a stage that matched Zhuang Xinyan’s artistic style while keeping the show safe and smooth for the local crowd.
The star of the setup was our modular aluminum truss system—and it really shone in Jiaozuo. First, it was rock-solid: built from high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum, it could hold heavy LED screens and lighting arrays without breaking a sweat. Second, it was super efficient for the tour team, who needed to strike and reset the stage quickly between cities. The bolt-together design let our crew put up the main structure in half a day, cutting down on setup time so fans could get into the vibe faster. Third, it fit perfectly: we customized the truss layout to fit the venue’s columns and sightlines, making sure everyone in the house had a clear view no matter where they sat.
We paired the truss system with a sharp lighting rig and a huge main LED screen to create that “wow” factor Zhuang Xinyan’s fans love. The truss framework held multiple moving lights and beam fixtures, letting the team create dynamic changes that matched the mood of each song—soft for ballads, intense for upbeat tracks. The large video wall was mounted high on the truss backbone, so the visuals were front and center for the entire audience, turning the concert into a full sensory experience.
From load testing to final teardown, the stage system held up strong through the entire Jiaozuo stop. It wasn’t just about building a structure—it was about supporting Zhuang Xinyan’s performance and making sure the local fans had a night to remember. This project showed how our truss solutions can adapt to regional tour stops, delivering both technical reliability and a great visual experience for artists and audiences alike.
